Arrival and departure

Check-in is from 3 pm to 6 pm; check-out from 8 am to 10 am. In July and August, stays run from Saturday to Saturday for full weeks. From September to June, the minimum stay is three nights. Check availability for your dates.

A peaceful home

A maximum of six guests per villa, including children and babies, within the number stated on your booking. Visitors not included in the booking are not permitted. Parties and receptions are not allowed. Please keep noise down and do not use the pool between 11 pm and 8 am. Smoking indoors, pets, tents and caravans are not permitted.

Documents to bring

A valid identity document and proof of holiday rental liability insurance are required. This cover is often included in home insurance; please check with your insurer.

Payment

Bank card, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or bank transfer where time permits. For bookings made more than ten days before arrival: 50% on booking and the balance no later than ten days before arrival. For bookings made ten days or less before arrival: 50% on booking, then the remaining 50% within 24 hours of booking, together with the security deposit via Swikly. A secure email is sent for payment of the balance.

Security deposit

A €1,500 security guarantee per villa is required through Swikly, without an immediate charge. The link is sent with the balance payment. The guarantee is released within fifteen days of departure, after checking that the conditions have been respected and that there is no damage.

Respecting the conditions

The agent reserves the right to refuse access if the conditions are not met. A breach during the stay may result in immediate termination without compensation and a €500 penalty, including tax, deducted from the security deposit in accordance with the booking conditions.

Cancellation

Up to thirty days before arrival, cancellation is possible with no charge other than a €50 administrative fee, including tax, per booking. Please read the full terms and conditions for complete details.

Tourist tax

Both villas are classified as four-star holiday rentals. Tourist tax is €2.16 per person per night in 2026, unchanged from 2025. Applicable exemptions, including for minors, are taken into account. The amount for your stay is shown in your booking.
